1. How are the prices shown in the search results when I am making a booking?

The prices are always shown per person. If there are children and adults in the booking, the prices are shown as a total price divided by the number of people, regardless of whether they are children or adults. When you select an option and continue, the prices are specified as adults and children. The total price is always shown.

 

2. Can I make ticket reservations both for domestic and international flights?

Yes, you can select flights from any airport to everywhere in the world.

 

3. Is my personal information safe?

Navigatio ensures your credit card information is transmitted over secure lines and is not stored by navigatio.guru.  We use a mechanism widely used by the e-commerce communities to transfer sensitive data over the Internet called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL is a protocol that provides communications privacy, authentication and message integrity and prevents eavesdropping, tampering or message forgery by encrypting data.

5. How do I change or cancel a booking?

To change or cancel a booking you can either email us at support@navigatio.guru or contact us via the contact page. Airline charges or cancellation fees may apply with some fare types. Some reservations on restrictive fares cannot be changed. Penalties on Hotel/ Holiday Packages may vary based on tour type/ seasonality.

 

6. What do I do if I lose my ticket?

If you have lost your ticket prior to the day of travel please either email us at support@navigatio.guru or contact us via the contact page. We will forward to you a Ticket indemnity form for completion. This will facilitate the reissue of your ticket. Note that airlines usually charge a re-issuance fee. If you lose your ticket on the day of departure, please contact the concerned airline local city office that will coordinate the above procedure.

 

7. How do I pay for services?

For our Real-Time Reservations or “Do It Yourself' bookings, you can enter your credit card details at the time of payment. All major credit cards are accepted. For assisted bookings, payment can be made to navigatio.guru via cheque, credit card or Electronic Funds Transfer. For any payment by credit card be they for automated or assisted bookings, airline tickets and other documentation will not be issued until authorization has been obtained from the relevant credit card company.

 

8. How will I receive my travel documents?

The travel documents are usually emailed to the email of the client.

 

9. How do I receive my airline E-Tickets?

E-ticketing is part of the new way of managing your travel. Please ensure that you use the correct email id when booking with us.

 

10. What do I do if I forgot my password?

Simply log on to www.navigatio.guru and click on 'Forgot Password'. You will receive an email with details of your account.

 

11. In which currency can I pay my tickets at www.navigatio.guru?

On www.navigatio.guru we support various currencies. You can select the currency of your choice from a menu on top of the screen. Your card will be charged with the total price you see on our website.

 

12. How much time prior to the flight departure should I be at the airport?

If you travel abroad you should better be at the airport 2 hours before your departure time, while as far as domestic flights are concerned, 1 hour is enough. Please keep in mind that you will need enough time until you pass the security controls especially during peak periods.
