Registration on the Website: information provided at the time of subscribing or registering, which may include:


- Full name, gender, marital status, religion, age, profile photo;
- Contact information such as email address, postal address, phone numbers, and frequent flyer numbers;
- Financial information including bank account details, credit/debit card data, income details, lifestyle preferences, billing history, and payment preferences.

Other Information and Documents: Navigatio may also collect:

- Transactional history relating to bookings and services (excluding banking data);
- Login credentials, passwords, and authentication details used in connection with our Services;
- Uploaded files including images and documents stored on Navigatio’s servers;

- PAN and passport details for international bookings, as mandated by applicable regulations or the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS) of RBI;

- Covid-19 vaccination status and certificates, when relevant to travel requirements or as voluntarily submitted.
